Chicken and Vegetable broth

This is a beautiful recipe for a broth. I made it as a couple of people on the boat were feeling a bit under the weather and i perked them up immediately!!


2 Litres chicken stock
3 Mixed peppers
3 sticks of celery
4 large carrots
3 white onions
5 cloves garlic

For the greens in the bowl
200 grams mange touts
200 grams sugar snap peas
1 bunch coriander
1 bunch parsley

1 packet buckwheat noodles

Looks good. Question: You say
"200 grams mange touts
200 grams sugar snap peas"

Now, mange touts are new words to me (in Tennessee) so I look it up and find it is sugar snap peas. Did you leave out the word "or" in your recipe? It didn't look like 400 grams of vegies in the video.

i did indeed leave out or!! Sorry. mange touts and sugarsnaps are slightly different, sugar snaps are slightly fatter!sorry
